Hallo

Ich habe in 4/2023 die Diagnose Brustkrebs bekommen. Die Akutbehandlung ist jetzt seit Januar beendet und die REHA abgeschlossen.
Dort habe ich festgestellt, das Bewegung, vorallem im Wasser, super für mich ist. Da meine Schultern nach der beidseitigen Mastektomie noch leicht in der Bewegung eingeschränkt sind, muss ich Sport und Physio machen um die Mobilisation wieder herzustellen.
Wann und wo besteht denn die Möglichkeit, das ganze mal zu beschnuppern?
Ich wohne in Lutzingen, bin aber mobil.
